Bandera is an energy investment firm focused on oil and gas royalty and mineral assets and income-oriented energy investments.  Our team has experience acquiring, managing and divesting minerals and royalties at scale.  We also have extensive experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of energy, having seen each through the lens of our time at operating companies, private equity firms or investment banks.  We believe this provides a unique advantage to our ability to understand the risks and opportunities.  As energy-focused professionals, we are constantly seeking avenues to leverage our experience and relationships to generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns.

Bandera is backed through a joint venture partnership with funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc.  Through our JV with Apollo we have acquired over 13,000 net royalty acres producing primarily natural gas in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.
